Ease of walking to everything in central Florence

could not get same-day-laundry, though this is a problem in much of Italy

Amazing location! Very helpful staff - used Florence as base and they held our big bags when we off for weekends, etc.

Street noise was a bit hard to get used to, but worth it for location.

The staff was really helpful, the location is perfect if you wont to wonder around Florence on foot and visit all the magnificent places in three days...

A bit tricky to get to.

Location next to the Duomo is unbeatable. The shower felt cramped, making it less comfortable. Staff provided great local tour suggestions.

Proximity to city site seeing. Cozy hotel with english speaking staff

Noisy at night due to people hanging out on the street.

In the center of the town, easy to find, at the reception they speak English

The view of the Dome and the fact that it is in the centre of Florence.

the hotel has excellent location. we had a great view of the Duomo every morning. the room was clean and the staff were friendly.

the internet service was free of charge. however, the conncetion was very poor. weould prefer to pay to better/faster connection.

The location was perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a small but very good hotel.

It's very central location, the quaity of the room and the helpfulness of the staff.

We stayed 7 nights and perhps this is a longer time than most but while the breakfast was fine, more fruit would have been nice. Also, the heating should have been on for a visit at the end of March for at least some of the time or perhaps more blankets.

The hotel has a great location, situated next to the Duomo. Lovely room with a big bathroom with a view. Nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Even with a lot of people outside in the square late at night, we didn't hear much noise.

It was a bit dark outside when we came in late at night. I also missed a computer or two for free use.

The location is unbeatable, situated just steps from the Duomo. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were particularly excellent, assisting efficiently with local recommendations and ensuring a smooth check-in process. Breakfast included a selection of fresh pastries and quality coffee, a perfect start to the day before meetings.

Limited space for clothing storage.

Fantastic position, Duomo literrally outside your window @ 20 paces. So easy to get around the city proper. A bit of a trek to catch the hop on hop off bus each day. Breakfast average. Air conditioned and good with the hot days we experienced. Lift larger than most in europe.

Staff were not always happy to oblige until I complained. Lack of real info. on Cathedral visits, generally lack of/poor info to read on arrival and this is so important to get you going, when time is of the essence.
